There's very few things I don't eat, but refried beans are one of them. I've also noticed that of the things I don't like, the texture has a lot to do with it. Refried beans are also very visually unappealing. Looks like poop.

Same here, I can't eat broccoli unless it's chopped up super small and mixed in with something like rice or a pasta dish.

I ate at Mighty on Monday and I was fine, I also didn't eat refried beans, because gross. Who wants to eat something that looks like diarrhea?

Well, I noticed he ran into a guy when he had the puck and didn't fall on his ass, so I guess that's progress.

Yeah, either pan fry or roast vegetables, otherwise go (frank) yourself. Roasted carrots are one of my favorite things. Cut them into strips about 1/8" thick and put them in a 450º oven for like 40-45 minutes. mmmmmmm

Just keep an eye on them, I've had them take longer than 45 and one time only took about 30. I like them more on the crisp side, once a fork goes through them easily and the edges are nice and brown they're done. They're "mushy" but they're nice and flavorful and sweet, almost like yams/sweet potatoes, not crumbly like when you oversteam or boil.
