They've drowned their cap situation with guys like Nielsen (making 5.25mil for 6 years), Howard (making 5.29mil for 3 years), Kronwall (making 4.75mil for 3 years), Abdelkader (making 4.25mil for 7 years), Ericsson (making 4.25mil for 4 years) and Helm (making 3.85mil for 5 years) while still having an injured Franzen (making 3.9mil for 4 years) and an aging Zetterberg (6mil for 5 years).

Abdelkader contract is bananas, its such a terrible move.
Then they resigned Glendening to a 4 year extension, with a 300% raise.
Ugh probably shouldnt be signing Bottom 6 guys to big money contracts.
