Nothing changes. Best new player on the roster with a mop and bucket. A challenge to score one or two goals. Frustrated. |

Considering our current roster options, I am happy with how this turned out, minus the glaring omission of Gravel. Yes it is better to play regularly in the A than be our 7th dman, but he shouldn't be our 7th. We should have given Forbort/Gravel an extended look as our 3rd pair.
Only other gripe I have is that, while probably Shore's biggest fan, Dowd brings more potential offense at this point. Does that mean I sit Shore/Dowd whoever is not 3c? No. Dowd should be 3c, and Shore's strength's as a possession player, faceoff guy, and defensively responsible would be ideal to rope in the bash first 4th line wingers.
Can't say I'm too excited on the roster, but considering who came to camp I give our outcome of that a B+ (maybe just stoked Scuderi is gone). |

5-2 Sharks is my prediction with the Kings second goal coming with about 3 minutes left in the third. Hopefully I am wrong, but other then the second line, I just don't see where any production will come from. |

Lets go boys.
Sad when your best center is auto line one with media. When Carter/Toff combo is so legit. Cant wait for Kopi to find his one partner. |

Money itself really hurts the chances of talented kids. Them getting more exp in the A isnt gonna be bad. They can go through the same journey as Voynov. With that said. This is a long year. And they could be up and making an impact and forcing the team to keep them up. I dont think through camp they forced management to keep them. The safe bet is to have them in Ontario. |

Brown should not be on the top line, this is an obvious plug in his vaj for his whining about losing the C. Good luck buddy, management and coaches threw you a bone but your gonna crap the bed and keep the puck away from Kopi the whole time, I expect lots of bad passes out to the blue line and whiffed shots from him.
Purcel should be a 3rd liner too but with Pearson out I see why they move him up a line.
I am excited for hockey to be back but unless the sharks come out completely flat and mail it in, the kings will most likely lose this game. openers have never been good over the past 5 or so years. |

I expected this kind of play out of the Kings. I actually expected a 4-1 victory SJ.... SADFULLY. This offense is atrocious! Game 1 or not. This is a pathetic outing |

You're being way too kind to Dumb Ass Brown. All of his passes are terrible, he's a turnover machine and blows a tire every game for no reason. People that say Dumb Ass Brown can be an effective player in any capacity do not watch the Kings or are idiots. Brown put all of his awesome lack of anything tonight in the loss. |

He destroyed Burns in front of the net tonight, so I'll give him a pass on his otherwise $hitty play.

Sutter is incorrigible. Kopitar finally got separated from Brown last season and he finally won the Selke. Doughty finally got separated from Muzzin last season and he finally won the Norris. What does Sutter do next? He puts Brown back with Kopitar and Muzzin back with Doughty. It's going to be a long season. |

Too bad he then proceeded to get pushed out and away from the front after Burns got up and sought some retribution. Burns is a female dog when it comes to that stuff... in scrums he looks to maim, like last night after Ratface's goal and the ensuing scrum, he went right at one of the rooks and fell on his face with a forearm. pure doughebaggery.
But back to Brown, at least 2x he had full possession of the puck in the dzone and instead of moving his feet, he sat and looked around for an outlet and the puck was promptly stolen off his blade. In fact, I think Burns' goal was on the same shift/pressure that developed after Brown's gaffe.
Why wasn't he sent down to Ont????? |

Well they had 4 (3 that were with the Flyers within two years of 2012) sorry I didn't use the phrase "few" or "many" for you. Obviously you and 2Real are just a little upset they never did it in Phi. And I know, Buf has never won a cup yadda yadda yadda. |
