Good blog Jan, but no way I lump Vesey in with those other guys.

I get he hasn't scored but he has been all over the ice offensively & defensively. The other guys you mentioned have been sleep walking most games.

Good point. He was includes solely as he hasn't scored but his game has been eons beyond the others mentioned. Adjusted the blog slightly to reflect this.

Great blog, Jan. I realize that you I don't say this often enough, but really appreciate your efforts here. Sometimes doing a great job just becomes the norm, and I don't take enough time to say it.

There were reports all over twitter yesterday that Eichel was unhappy with the coach and wasn't going to sign an extension if he was still coaching there. Eichel and his agent came out and said that the reports were patently false and that he was "sick to his stomach" over them.

And then this happened.

His agent denied the rumor yesterday, but I think the Coach and GM getting fired right after the rumor came out kind of says something. 20 year old jackass as far as I am concerned. Putting whether it was the right decision to fire those two aside, prove something in the league before feeling you are entitled to female dog to the owner about the coach and GM.

He's watching Kreider's series highlights on his phone, so at least he gets to watch the "Dead" if not the entire Evil Dead.

Messeir got hammered for essentially getting Neilsen fired back in 93, but at least he had won 5 Cups by then & knew what it took to win. WTF does Jack Eichel know about sh!t?

If it is indeed true that he complained to ownership about the coach, and that led to his firing, you have just sent the message to that kid that he runs the franchise. And it won't stop. They've established a precedent there.
