Nice recap. The Pegulas are sick of losing and won't tolerate it anymore. They used to take a long time to reach that decision, but it appears their patience is wearing thin. That's good news

Bylsma is not a good NHL coach. outside of that one run with Pittsburgh he's never gotten the most out of his teams. Murray... meh. seemed kind of like a dime-a-dozen GM.

odds 23 gets moved this summer for a d-man just went way up

So last year most of us (me included) thought that the sabres had a SOLID shot at that deep playoff run, yet anaylist from outside buffalo predicted that theyd be near the bottom..

If you're going to sadly start again, this is a solid time with the expansion coming to make those small moves
