Still can't fall asleep, great game, great team effort. Hank was a man possessed. AV kept the right pulse on the team & nearly everyone contributed. Def need more out of Kreider & Miller in the next round if we're to take the next step, BUT THAT'S FOR ANOTHER DAY.
Pumped up we closed this out, especially in 6 games, didn't think that would have been possible after Gm 3. Let's just hope the B's/Sens series goes 7 & they bang each other around some more. |

Pencil the Rangers into the conference final. And if you don't have a pencil, go ahead and use a pen. You won't have to change it. |

Yet another great blog Jan. Thank God for writing your thoughts for us
Where would you rank this goalkeeper performance in Lundy' time and all time? I can't remember a better series from Hank. And we needed every save he made. |

You know, they won't get any credit for it, and it will take is one more mistake for Rangers fans to want to cement block to their skates and throw them into the Ocean, but Staal and Holden have been solid the last two. Hell, two games ago I wanted to throw Staal into the Ocean.
As for Skjei, I don't think he's hurt. I just think that AV is not totally comfortable yet with him playing big minutes protecting a 1 goal lead late. |

I tell ya dude, that was as nervous as I've ever been at the end of that game. What an unbelievable save by Lundqvist. I think one of the 5 best of his career. |

Hank made that unbelievable save but other than that the Habs weren't buzzing that much with the extra attacker, which was good.
Can't believe the Stepan clear went in. We're usually not that lucky. |

only Stepan could score an empty netter that went down the ice slower than he skates |

If it hit the post, it just would have sat right on the post running out the remainder of time. |
