First. After last night, it's probably safe to assume the Pomminville population will increase by one on Captain Jack's line too. |

That goal horn is also the sound of Moulson's PP minutes decreasing.
Erod is right on his heels, i wouldn't be surprised if Erod earns that last LW spot and Moulson and Gorges form the most expensive press box pair in the league (thanks, Murray!) |

it seems a bit large for a back up but the overall $ amount committed to both goalies combined is very good and minimal term. CJ is probably capable of a few more starts than your average back up which could come in handy. |

“The ref told me they changed some rules and to keep it down,” Komarov explained. “I don’t see through it. That’s the reason I’m wearing it up there.
“So it’s not like I’m being cocky or anything. It’s how I play forever. So I took it off, but I don’t feel safe without it, so we’ll see what’s going to happen.”
What exactly is his visor protecting that high up? |

girgs does the same thing. The bridge of his nose is always bleeding because of that, and the fact that he won't tighten his helmet.

“I won a lot of games and had good numbers so I think being able to come back and be a part of the organization again and to have that drive to win and get back in the playoffs is special for me. I always felt like there was unfinished business."
Seems like a man on a mission. I love Ocho. I think he's a great backup and gives the team peace of mind in net.
Also on Gorges and Moulson. Can Pegula send them on a 1 way trip? |

I listened to the 3rd and Rob Ray was laughing at him and calling him Zhitnik because he kept missing the net so badly |

Girgs doesn't have the option to remove the visor like Komarov does though. He's not part of the "grandfathered" group of guys that have an option to wear it or not.
Guess we'll have to wait and see how many other players get told to change how they're wearing it. |

At least he plays defense. Rather him miss the net than miss his man in front of our own. |

I only listened to the 1st and probably about the last half of the 3rd. Seems they fell into old Bylsma habits for a bit in the 3rd. Weren't moving their feet or using their teammates. Everyone was trying to do everything on their own.
Ray said part of it was probably the amount of penalties that were called. Too many guys sitting on the bench for extended periods of time because of it.
Glad to see they finally got back to playing how Housley wants them to before the end of the game. |

2 weeks ago, I was called crazy for suggesting Pommer may get the nod for the second line
Now he may get top line duties
good for him - homiedclown
You'll continue to be called crazy. He looks good up there, but if Eichel is out there for 15+ minutes per game EV, that's too much for Pom. Then again, wouldn't be the 1st time this organization over played it's players. |

I think he could do well on both Eichel's or Reinhart's line. He plays a style game that would be suited on both of those. He was always a favorite of mine. Love seeing him back in blue and gold. |

I think the only player that was not scared of being in front of the net with Zhitnik on the ice, was Varada |
