I think we are getting there...but will still be tough if the Sedins and Edler/Tanev are here next season. I've basically had it with Tanev's injuries and hopefully he can get us assets at the draft. Edler has been ok and is a minute-muncher...but that's where it ends with him. Sedins will most likely be back for one final season...but if EP, Gaudette and maybe our high draft pick are in the lineup next season there may be some actual cheering going on. Horvat-Boeser and EP-Gaudette is the starting of a top 6 we can finally get excited about.

I’m not sure it’ll happen, but I’d like to see Sedins, Vanek and Tanev replaced by Leipsic, Gaudette, Ep and OJ next year.

That’s a lot of youth in the lineup. But if they all showed they could handle it...that would be a big win and a reason to pay attention

I look at a kid like Nico Heischer who has 14 G and 43 pts in his first year. I would gladly take that next year with a top 4 draft pick.

I would rather a center for Tanev and use our second round pick to draft to draft a high Dman

The team also had spirit and everybody wasn't injuried and then re-injuried. A season where you're best 2 players go down separately for 15 games a piece won't inspire anyone to cheer.
