I’ve always liked the Sedins and Only really started thinking they should retire over the past few weeks and I’m glad they’re going out this way.

I have really enjoyed everything the Sedin's have given the franchise. I really wish they did get another chance at a cup. I think they should have been asked to be traded at the deadline. Their own decision though.

I was 13 when they were drafted.

We have good friends who have a child who is often at Vancouver Children's Hospital. Last month Henrik sent their daughter lower bowl outstanding tickets to their daughter. Just takes your breath away to think what it did for that family.

I think this is an all round sad day. I had hoped for one more season but understand. They paid their dues. They can leave with heads high.
