Smith might be a dark horse to make the roster this season. He did exceptionally well in Rochester last season.

He'll start in Rochester but I wouldn't be surprised to see him called up later on.

He's a bubble player coming into camp. As a LW, he has a fair shot at making it. I don't love his odds, but he could show up and earn it....or someone could get hurt.

Depends. Is the “top line” together from day 1?

Thompson will be in the NHL over Bailey/Baptiste/Smith if it came down to it.

But yeah, there’s 0 reason for Larsson to be a Sabre
