Free agent WR Rishard Matthews will visit the Browns and Cardinals.

Cleveland will host Matthews on Monday and the Cards will follow that up with a workout the following day. It's the first visits the free agent's scheduled since hiring Drew Rosenhaus as his agent. Now relying on someone else to manage his negotiations, Matthews will likely land with a suitor soon. The Browns make a lot of sense given coach Hue Jackson's reported plan to reduce rookie Antonio Callaway's snaps moving forward.

NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports "teams have been keeping tabs" on free agent Jeremy Maclin.

Maclin has been rehabbing from an offseason hamstring injury. He was scheduled to visit the Eagles before they signed Jordan Matthews but wasn't cleared to work out. 30-year-old Maclin should have interest from wideout-needy teams when healthy. Maclin has ties to Chicago (two seasons with Matt Nagy in Kansas City) and was linked to Buffalo before signing with the Ravens last year. He had the best season of his career under Giants coach Pat Shurmur in 2014.
