How the Bruins won is a minor miracle (and some really bad officiating). Other than the game winner in OT and the infamous high-stick goal, the Sharks were completely manhandling the Bruins. Gotta be frustrating for the sharks. Oh well... |

If Jones could stop letting in 5+ goals a game we'd sure win a lot more often... |

The NHL video review fiasco in a nutshell.
They blow the call on this obvious high stick because of the technicality that this was not a reviewable play. So let's allow an obvious wrong call to be made an a goal to be scored directly because of an illegal play.
But the NHL will create a long delay to review whether a skate blade was a fraction of an inch over the blue line 20 seconds before a goal is scored and will over rule a goal because of something that had zero to do with the goal being scored.
What is wrong with this scenario!?! |

But the NHL will create a long delay to review whether a puck fully crossed the goal line before being swept away. Because this play was eligible for review it went to the league control room in Toronto and even though the video clearly showed the puck cross the line, the goal was disallowed.

yes they were. but now that "Kovi" is tied for 177th in league scoring, I bet they are glad that he signed in LA. |

He’s also been hurt and dumped on the 3rd/4th line because of some dumbass coach. |

Have to say that being a Bruins fan that we actually stole this one thanks to the worst officiating I have seen this month, lol. Wagner's goal was not even close to being legal and how they allowed it shows how sad todays officiating is. There were many other calls that went Boston's way and the Sharks got ripped off. |

You missed the part where he was on 3rd/4th line duty. Yeah can’t produce much there especially on the kings. Also he was taken off the PP for whatever reason for quite a few games. He’s also on a team that can’t score.
He’ll be a factor on a playoff team.
He should have minimum 35 points 18 goals IMO on the year.

I agree Carter or Kovalchuk could help a good team. Example, D. Strome could not get nothing going in Arizona and would have rotted on a crappy offensive team. Fast forward in Chicago and he has 18 points in the last 10 games. See my point. They would have to come real cheap and actually Kovalchuk is signed for two more so not likely to happen. |

He is signed for 2 more. Yes.
I’m pretty sure Kings would retain salary my guess 2 million. But that’s just me. I’d say that’s not a bad deal and I doubt he costs very much, trade wise |

I wouldn't mind him if he was cheap with salary retained.
Id rather that than Sweeny sell the farm for 2 months of Panarin or Simmonds

I Agree with Wags,. what goes around comes around, the League will not say a word about waiving off the first goal, just look at the NBC overhead replay, puck was on edge you can see WHITE between the goal line and the puck, Bruins get screwed on the 1st questionable goal call, Sharks get screwed on the 2nd questionable goal call
Nothing you can do about it |

Other than Kane’s clutching and grabbing over and over again in OT yah Bos was getting dominated. Bos dominated in the 1st but after that it was a pretty close game. Overall the game had good flow and was back and forth.
What goes around comes around. Bos had a goal disallowed in the first! |

Exactly my thoughts. Kovalchuk is already willing to waive his clause.
Oh and Panarin will be a king July 1. 😬😜 |

Kovalchuk to Boston does make some sense and I like it. If LA is prepared to eat 20% of his salary and the return package is a 2nd round pick at best. |

Agreed big time. Debrusk is a big time crunch player and he would have to be part of a rental for Panarin who is going back to Chicago or possibly the Rangers |
