Thanks Carol.
I’m not happy about this deal. I hope I am wrong but time will tell. |

Thanks Carol . The Perron trade was a head scratch moment. |

Thanks Carol,
I'm all in on Barrie for sure, I wonder if there's anything to the rumor that he want's to play in VAN? If true it's a no brainer to wait. |

Thanks Carol! Hope the draft was fun for you.
Not a fan of the trade at all. I think if you put up two polls – who likes the trade, who likes Miller – it'd be pretty telling. No one on the trade, most people would like Miller. Such is though.... #lottowin2020 #playoffs2021 |

It's going to be very difficult to separate Miller the player vs Miller the trade over the next several years. |

Agreed. Especially once the missing first-round pick becomes tangible reality: see Bowen Byram going to Colorado on Friday.
I will do my best to keep an open mind on Miller the player...

Let's all pray that Miller the player/trade >>>> LE the player/contract |

Sums up my feelings exactly. Love Miller for Bo. Still think there’s a way to recoup what was lost in the trade. We have the flexibility & depth (believe it or not) with a little creativity.
Within 3yrs we’ll be adding some impactful youth to a young star core - Podkolzin, Hoglander, Madden, Rathbone, Woo + a few others who might pan out. Tryamkin’s return. I’m (frank)ing excited. |

For the trade? Pretty much the same as this - good player, paid too much. Didn't hear any unequivocal praise...

If he turns out to be a decent top 6 for us. He was bottom 6 in Tampa and spent a bunch of time in the press box. |

Carol, was there a short guy from Winnipeg sad we lost a 3rd rounder? |

DAMMIT!
I've been worried about doing that ever since the trade happened.
I am reasonably confident that J.T. will help Bo Horvat more than T.J., the actor, ever could...

If I was a rival GM I'd call Benning every time he makes a trade and praise the (frank) out of him. |

They moved back a bit but got another player for Utica/depth. He’s like another Tyler Motte. Could make the team, probably won’t, might get claimed off waivers... |

Why not claim him off waivers then?
No big deal . It not like it was a first round pick or anything . |

Carol.
You think that P.K. Subban has more value right now with his age and contract than Miller? NJ was the only team willing to eat his entire 9 million dollar salary.
If you look at the pick value chart and all players involved in simple pick value. Unless it's a top 10 pick given up by Vancouver. Vancouver made out a long way ahead. |
