Pitlick's injury history is concerning.

There are 11 waiver-exempt forward prospects who could be promoted to play in the bottom 6 if Pitlick isn't healthy or good enough, so I'm not too worried.

It’s been reported that teams are calling about Julius, and I’m wondering what the Stars’ plans are for him. He’s had a few seasons in the AHL, but the last two years he’s played 71 NHL games but only 10 in the ‘A’. Does he have a spot on the Stars waiting for him?

I don't see it as being shirked but rather that our forwards/prospects are so deep that he doesn't see a role for himself in the teams future

Snider made sure the Flyers always got their guy, no matter the cost.

I don’t mind the Pitlick trade, helps them out with the cap and he’s only signed for another year, and seems like a viable 4th liner.

Makes the return for Simmonds look pretty meager, with Nashville going out in round one they didn’t get the added 3rd pick, and Hartman who was young and has still some upside potential (although he may be always an underachiever) is now traded for a guy who seems like good 4th line player when healthy is about it.

If they had more cap space it would have been preferable to signing Sanheim to a longer deal, something more like Gostisbehere. But with the other moves I guess a longer, higher dollar deal wasn’t really an option. Going to end up costing them a lot more in the long run I believe.

I heard he hated Hextall and Hak so he wouldn't sign, then I heard that he hated that Hextall and Hak were fired so he wouldn't sign. Either way, the stupid Flyers (frank)ed this up somehow.

More than anything, he hated Flyersbuzz.

In regards to no Tanner, is it because he’s attended x amount already in the past? Or am I thinking of another training/camp? Didn’t this happen with Stolarz in the past or am I making this up?

With the forward depth we have in the system, I think our most pressing need is finding a goalie and then re-signing our remaining RFAs. I'd rather find an established winger for the bottom 6 and let our guys play together in AHL.

Yeah i just remember either Stolarz or one of our dmen not being at one of the camps and Bill saying it’s because after X camps players aren’t invited or aren’t eligible🤷‍♂️

It could be a case of the team moving on from the players I suppose. There are many players in the camp with at least a year of pro hockey experience.
