Torontonians wish they could be Buffalonians.

Ya, no........ I grew up in Southwestern Ontario, so perhaps I am biased, BUT I live on the west coast now, and last year I took my wife and kids to Ontario to visit family. My wife has never been to Ontario, and was pleasantly surprised with few places especially the Niagara region. We went into the states to do some shopping, and her take away from our visit to Buffalo, and the surrounding area was "ugh, why would anyone want to live on this side? It's dirty here..."

Worst thing about the Oilers? Where to begin? Too many to choose from! I've been betting any and all oiler fans as much money as they want that the Oil don't make the playoffs this year. Easy money! No goaltending. 1-2 decent NHL defencemen, and 3 (albeit amazing) forwards. Everyone else on their team would have a hard time cracking almost any of the other NHL rosters!

It was cute for the first couple of years and now it seems played out. They are not an expansion team anymore so it seems time to come up with something new.

Nothing naive or ignorant about someone who grew up in one of the cleanest, most beautiful areas of the country finding the buffalo area unappealing... It's not rocket surgery, It's an opinion based on a real, personal experience.
