Just curious - how much do you all attribute this to the loss of little Joe? Has that just messed up the room?

Think of it this way, they essentially gave Karlsson the money it would cost to keep Pavelski and Donskoi. That's a much better investment IMO. Yes they lost a lot of goals, but Joe was slow last year and he hasnt gotten any faster in Dallas.
This isn't their problem.
Their problem is they have too much money tied up in goalies who cant stop the puck and the worst part is they can only trade Jones to 3 teams (who, honestly, probably dont want him). So now you've gotta find someone to take on Dell and his $1.9M and give you a third string goalie (or maybe, just maybe, a guy like Greiss or Howard or Anderson). Maybe Wilson has accumulated some favors over time but I doubt it. Greiss and Josh Ho Sang for Dell and a pick/prospect.. good luck!!
The solution lies within and it starts with Martin Jones. Getting his game on track should be priority #1, 2 and 3 for this team.
