Still waiting for the league to schedule a back to back situation on a western canadian trip. I can only imagine the backlash from the Leafs if that ever happens. |

They don't start at 7 Eastern time for Leaf fans. Networks request it. More commerrcial $$$$
If this was a Saturday it would start at 7 Eastern. |

Huh? Toronto has the most back-to-back games of any NHL team thus far this year.
Leafs are getting no favours LOL. |

I thought I saw the sportsnet ticker say the Canucks have won 10 of 11 at home against the Laughs.
Canucks need a better game out of Beagle and Schaller. Limited ice time and so many goals against last game. Terrible... I thought Ferland played a solid physical game though. |

They chose their schedule. I doubt other options were also the most back to backs. Wasnt considered an issue obviously.
Strange thing for the GM to do when the Leafs are so weak in the back up department.

Teams don't choose their schedules. They can complain and ask for tweaking once they see it, but that's it.
Where did you get this from? No one chooses their schedules. |

The league office knows they can bend over Dubas after seeing him get worked over by multiple players’ agents. |

Have you checked the contracts your GM handed-out this summer?
Dubas spends his $ on early 20's first liners. Benning signs a lot of bottom 6 guys to big money. |

not really. not strange at all.
if you don't use foresight to make decisions, than it's not strange when you end up with with obvious inconsistencies like having a terrible backup and a boat-load of back-to-backs.
get a clue. |

Why overpay for bottom 6 UFAs? That's my point. Jason Spezza is better than Jay Beagle and 2.7 million per cheaper.
And worse thing is you can't move those deals. |

Wrong. Canucks had a choice last season. JB selected a sched that was very first half heavy over one that was back half heavy.
Thanks for trying.

Four Star General
Four Star General from Fire Bros. is an indica-dominant cannabis strain that brings together genetics from two Chemdawg hybrids, Stardawg and Tres Dawg. Its buds are a vibrant show of purple and green calyxes wrapped in red-orange hairs, all shrouded by a sparkling coat of frosty resin. Sweet and earthy with sour notes, Four Star General’s effects weigh down the mind with serene, dreamy euphoria. |

Your claim is all 31 teams "Choose" their schedules? That's ridiculous. No truth whatsoever. |

Thanks Carol, great coverage.
Oh great, a bunch of you people in here today
Hopefully Benning can deal Leivo before the deadline to a contender for a 2nd round pick. Showing once again why he’s a better GM than Dumbass |
