Yes, David Perron deserved the spot over O'Reilly, however O'Reilly has the name recognition the league wanted. But the Blues only get 3 representatives because they are hosting, any other year neither probably makes it. And you could probably form an entire second team of guys who deserved it over someone like Eric Staal.

All-Star selections are 80% NHL public relations decisions, 20% who is having the best season. Dumb, but always been the case. Still, hope Perron gets voted in.


Also worth noting, Berube has clinched Central coach, no way for Colorado to have a higher points percentage by the end of the week when it's decided. As it's a temporary job, can we get him the "Interim" title back? Worked out well...

Well, that’s bullpoop. Seems like they need to upgrade the bones of this sight. It’s fine though. It’s becoming less and less a desirable place to visit... some fine folks chased off by silliness. Blues are at home tonight against the Rangers. Panarin and Hank. Hopefully they can continue their home win streak which is at 7 and their overall win streak which is at 2. No look at the lines but I wouldn’t change a dang thing. Dominated the Sabres last game so why change a good working lineup?

Can you get a better performance out of the Thomas Bozak Steen line??? That was a beauty to watch. Have to give Steen his accolades for Finally getting the monkey off his back with not 1 but 2 goals last game!!! He does so much for this team that who cares if he scores goals (almost).

Blues come into play today with points in their last 6 games 1st and last games were ot losses. Blues against The Avs are 2-1 were blown out a few weeks ago 7-3. Hope we can avenge that beatdown today. It’s possible Gunnar is back. Healthy again and they lost the last game. I’d sit Bortz before Mikkola. That kid has shown he belongs. I’d rather sit Gunnar but I’m not the coach. It’s the last game for about 9 days or so. All Star Game comes to town next weekend with Green Day playing a free show outside before hand. I hate that band but good for them being kind enough to play a free show on the street. Should be fun for fans. Blues need a new blogger. This wasn’t good but I had zero time. Trying to find me personality. I’ve lost it ha ha

Petro and company visit McJesus up in Edmonton Alberta tonight. Blues need to gain momentum from their first of the season shootout victory on Tuesday. First road win in 5 as well. Blues need to simply play better. The defensive turnovers are becoming a nightmare which we have not seen for a calendar year. Binnington is not what he was I the playoffs and that’s fine. He makes the timely saves most of the time. Can’t rely solely on him. Tarasenko being out seems to have finally hit the Blues.

Can’t believe we are this far along and a small funk has fans worried. Blues have been giving us the best hockey St Louis has ever witnessed.
