Laughton is a solid player for this team but it seems like he has a burr under his saddle a little. Great to be aggressive and play physically but you can't launch up and hit someone on the face right in front of the official. Play hard but play clean.

I turned on last night during the 1st intermission and saw the score and said the heck with it.

Seems like it was a lot worse than the score indicated.

Wasn't a great game that is for sure. Next game is really important as a losing streak could grow very quickly on the road.

That Provy hit could have been a disaster, hopefully nothing pops up from a symptom perspective.

Kings crown flyers didn’t make sense tbh Bill. We got blitzkrieged and they held the line

Flyers need to worry less about playoff positioning and more about just making the playoffs. The utter lack of compete from most of the team last night was flat out inexcusable. The 3rd goal, where all 4 PKers just watched the Kings player take whack after whack until he scored was particularly atrocious.

It’s gut check time against Vegas. Time to see if this team collectively has a pair. There is no chance that AV is going anywhere so if they miss the playoffs this season, expect a lot of new faces in orange and black in 20-21.

It's the same thing. Colloquially, to get crowned means the same thing as getting your head handed to you.

Winning on the road is never easy but San Jose and LA loses in the matter in which they lossed is troublesome.

This road trip could be an ugly one, there’s a high chance we could easily go 1-5 and drop right out of the playoff picture with how all the teams in our division are winning.

It's difficult to endure the developmental stage of this team. Obviously they are an improving squad, but no where near complete. Last night was a disaster. Like in San Jose the forwards were slow in backchecking leading to turnovers, and the defensemen were not up to the task. They need to start off more ready to compete. I hope they can accomplish that before it's too late for this season.

Trip prevented a guy from getting a shot off, might be the definition of when you could get a penalty shot lol

Game was a perfect cherry on top of a pretty crappy decade of hockey, fluke 2010 run aside.

The Flyers have become just another mediocre organization in a mediocre league.

Goal away from going to game 7 with the hands down best blackhawks team of their 3 cups in the 10s. We had a great roster, wasn’t a fluke . Agree with mediocrity after that, if Pronger never gets hurt I think the early 10s look a lot different.

The Flyers have slept walked through the 1st periods of games for the last few years under different coaches. I thought AV was getting a handle on this, but this road trip has me concerned? Vegas is a hard working team, so the Flyers better come out strong from the beginning of the next game.
