I think it was a risky mistake to send Toffoli out as the 3rd shooter in the shootout...

Could have cost the nucks a really valuable point, as he historically is pretty unsuccessful in shootouts.

The CRP might have been introduced because of the Weber/Luongo deals, but it applies to any contract which is front loaded.
