Brock seems to be getting better every year and is becoming a solid 2 way Center under Trotz. He is even getting a little better at faceoffs. Has always been a 20+ goal guy and now seems to be trending to the 30 Goal a year range. He still has some stints where he falls into bad habits... but it used to be for months at a time and now it's just a game or 2. He's a decent 2C ... would be a great 3C .. |

To me, he's past the point of 3C and there aren't too many teams in the league where he'd be out of the top-six. |

He has always played soft. Go back to the Washington series when he shys away from the play. His 20 goals are a false positive. He is not consistent. A player with his scoring touch and size should be an impact player night in and night out. He is one of the reason the islanders struggle with offense.
