Between dermott and holl it's a straightforward choice to keep dermott.
Holl is a fringe NHL defender / good AHL guy.
Dermott is capable of 2nd pair minutes and actually knows how to defend.

Every year we see the value of having tons of NHL capable depth.

If you can keep them both, I would do that. If one of them has to go as part of a trade for an upgrade on D, that works too.

I straight up just don't think Holl is worth the money. Dermott needs a new contract and I'd gladly ship out Holl and put the CAP space towards Dermott.
