1. Why would Lundqvist move his no-move clause to join a rebuild?

2. As for Schneider, he’s the first person to tell you he’s play has been in a decline. For all his faults, Schneider has been a stand-up teammate and good to the community. Why would they replace him with a declining Lundqvist? That’s very insulting. Replace Schneider with an actual veteran who had a decent season.

I think Lundqvist’s choices are Tampa, Toronto, DC (if Holtby leaves), or Pittsburgh (if they trade a goalie).
