Ben Shelley: Free Agency Options (Hurricanes Edition): Anton Khudobin

Khudobin is going to be in high demand and whoever gets him will have arguably the best back up. He was great in Carolina years ago. Fans would love him, what's not to like. He is better than the other two hands down. Yes it would be nice to see that happen but I am sure Dallas will resign him, Bishop does not make much anyway so they can afford two 4 million guys.

I never got the impression he liked it much here in North Carolina. Although, the defense playing in front of him would be much better now and if he came now he would be clear number one when previous coach displayed high loyalty to Cam Ward.
