And not a second of defence was played that day. Better hope this line doesn’t lose the face off.

Poulin is kinda similar to the Pouliot/Scuderi situation. Outplay a 4th lime scrub and you can make the team.

Something I was thinking about this morning.... What if Lemieux didn't have to retire and he played in 2006. What would the lineups have been with Crosby, Malkin, Lemieux and Staal all on the same team?

You want D. Malgin on that line? Now you're just being silly.

I thought of that a few years ago, me and my friends came to the conclusion that Mario would have played wing with Sid. It would have been an even better Sid/Guerin setup haha

Hall because he’s Taylor Hall.
Victor olaffson, because he’s dynamic in his young, nhl career.

I chose olaffson because
A) he can score
B) Too much established star power on one line can lead to personality problems.

Don't you accuse me of silliness! The addition of D. Malgin will confuse the opponent even more! "Who am I covering? Malkin? Which one? No, wait, it's Malgin! Which one is he?"

haha I've seen worse than Andrew Ference and Richard Tarnstrom. They were alright.

Yea on a really bad pens team Tarnstrom was good offensively for us. Ference we got rid of very young but he turned out to be a solid defensive dman

FLA signed Duclair for $1.7M. That would have been a nice signing for the Pens' 3rd line.
