I wouldn’t put much stock in +/- Not saying they are similar players at all but O’Reilly was a -23 in his last year with the Sabres. Won the Selke the next season. AA was with the wings. Enough said |

From a Wings fan perspective:
1.) Extremely fast
2.) Just OK at finishing
3.) Plays zero defense.
Seems like he gets a breakaway at least every other game because of #1 & #3, but doesn't bury as many as he should because of #2. If he had a better scoring touch, #3 might be acceptable.
At any rate, given that no-risk contact, he's certainly worth a look, but don't expect miracles.
