Leo on Waivers which clears 1.075mill of cap. All Isles on waivers yesterday cleared.

This is what I said 7 ... go back and reread.. I never said they couldn't sign Barzal. I said they can't use LTIR to be Cap compliant... I said it numerous times you moron.

I also said they would have to put players on Waivers if they are over the cap to be cap compliant before the season started. I also said they can only save 1 mill per player... so waiving guys like Leo and Hickey moves their cap number down 1.075 mill. They need to get it to the cap limit number BEFORE the season starts.

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BE OVER BY 10% DURING THE OFF SEASON.. BUT NOT WHEN THE SEASON STARTS. AND... YOU ..CAN'T ... USE.... LTIR.. TO GET TO THE CAP NUMBER!!

the reason u will see a lot of buys on waivers today is the same reason... once other teams can put guys on LTIR they will call them back up.
