Anthony Travalgia: Answering the bell, Jack Studnicka, Charlie McAvoy & more After a pair of ugly losses in New York, the Bruins bounced back Sunday with a 4-1 victory over the Rangers.

I'm Ok with Bjork and Moore never being inserted into lineup again. Seen enough of both.

It will be interesting to see what Cassidy does with Stud's when Krejci is ready to come back. Studnicka looks way more comfortable in the middle than he looked on the wing.

Krejci is an interesting topic for this team. Do you move him at the deadline and try to bring back a scoring winger to make a run? Do you ride it out with him and potentially have a 3rd asset with value in 2 years walk out the door for nothing?

He walks only if the Bruins have no interest in keeping him. He will be MUCH cheaper on the next contract (and much shorter term) and has said he wants to hopefully play his whole career here.

I also don't think you're going to find a trade partner who is looking for a center as the last piece of the puzzle who is willing to give up a good winger...that would be counterproductive. A team out of the playoffs, why would they want an aging veteran on the last year of his contract? So unless you are trading for a defenseman, doubt there would be any deals to be had (unless you are also packaging prospects...not sure I would do that).

No probably not but it was interesting conversation on the radio a couple days ago. You would also be using Coyle as the 2C which I don't think is a position where he's best suited. Seems to be a perfect 3C

Yeah, I would actually be more inclined to put Stud at 2C in that situation.

Even if the Bruins don't re-sign him they should just ride it out. He performs well in the post-season. So, if they want to do damage they should keep him, as I doubt he'd be worth a lot at the deadline.

I just about lost my mind on that Kuraly unforced error in the 3rd that led to their goal. You just don't make that pass with a 1 goal lead. It's one thing if you are pushing to try and comeback but protecting a one goal lead when you had clear ice in front of you?

Reminds me a little bit of Thornton...the kid always has that goofy smile on his face just like Thorty.
