I may have say so here before, but seriously its a big part of the issue right now : those elected have no background, formation, training or call it as you may : in crisis management

Would it be that hard, when it become the emergency state, to have experts taking over ? Like health specialist, transport specialist, finance, national defense, +++ etc, like 12 specialists with the same voting power
