Bruins POS Marchand got 3 games suspension for slew footing OEL. The NHL DOPS actually recognized this as dangerous! So how does POS Subban keep getting away with them? |

We have 4 winniable games coming up. With as crazy as the Metro is, I think we need at least 6 points here. As unfair as it is, if the season ended today we'd be off to Raleigh, gotta get all the "easy" points possible to keep pace. |

This is why the playoff structure sucks. Need to go back with the division winners getting the top seeds then just rank them 3-8 after that. With how good the Metro is almost impossible to make it out of it |

I agree. I always say that tradition is overrated, there was no reason to bring back this format from the 80s.

my guess is it keeps more teams (and their fan bases) feeling like they are in the hunt for longer |

I think the main thing is extra revenue from all those playoff rivalry series. For a 1st round series, you get Rangers/Isles thats $$$$$$

Also Jake DeBrusk asking for a trade. Not sure he fits here but Drury did say he wanted another "middle 6" type of player. He does fit that |

The dumbest criteria is whether he is a good guy or an A hole. Please don't quit your day job- oh wait this might be it. Give me a team of A holes as long as we win. I check my subjective morality at the door. As long as they come to play and play hard- thats all we need and should ask for. just my two cents

i gave my 2 cents along with, more importantly, the fact that we are fine on LW and instead need a RW or flex forward. I'd quit my day job in a second if they hired me to be GM, but thank you for your input |

This whole thing with Marchand saying that if what he said about no one in Russia liking Panarin crosses a line then the "NHL is the softest league" is real childish "look over here" type stuff. Completely ignoring why it would upset anyone by trying to act as though it was just some grade school zinger not directly relating to Panarin dealing with the most powerful dictator in the world (seemingly) looking to assassinate (hopefully just) his character |

I mean I’m not over here demanding he get some sort of disciplinary action or anything but to act like you don’t understand what the big deal was is cowardly. Own it or don’t say it |
