Right, he has been here for a decade leading this team. Make the playoffs, miss the playoffs, change coaches - wash rinse repeat but yup CF is the problem - what an educated answer
That joke of a captain presser after last nights game. “Win one than two than three than you don’t have to work to hard to win cuz you’re rolling”. Anything but hard work for this guy hahha what a disgrace
Mike Yeo Is an Incompetent coach but he Is a buddy of Fletchers, The good ole boys club roles on, Tocchet behind the bench Is like having an acorn coaching.

Now what? It’s been almost a decade since the Flyers had a contender. When Homer jettisoned the two young star centres out of town and brought in 4 really good players as a result. It appeared the Flyers had a chance to really build a strong team. But since then we had the Hextall era and it’s failings and now the Fletcher era that despite the effort to bring this team back to relevance is clearly not working. I’m actually really disappointed that AV didn’t work out. I’m disappointed that Giroux’s time here will be coming to an end. But what disappoints me the most is Fletcher implemented his plan and it to looks to be a failure on a bunch of levels….three straight poor GM performances has this team where it’s at today.

Will Comcast even allow a full scale tear down? If not there’s almost no point of even following this team anymore, what’s the best that can happen?
These players are ridiculous, how many coaches have they tuned out and given up on? It better not be true that Tocchet is being considered for the coaching job.
Time to make some trades and salary dumps.

Holmer and fletcher next please - Just5
Fletch hasn’t been here long enough to place the blame squarely on him, yet. It’s not trending in any sort of positive direction however.
They need to get the old heads in the shadows out of the building because I honestly think Comcast looks to them for direction. This franchise needs to start looking outward for a change. No reason why Homer, Clarke etc should be involved with the front office in any way.

I don’t think so….they are tied to two 30 year old centres for the next 6-7 years and Ellis for the next 6….I think they bought the Fletcher plan and now must live with it.
