Want streak to_______?
Kings are playing some decent Hockey.
Would be so happy if IKE RAT could channel his inner Ken Linesman ratness and really have a spirited game and maybe have a couple points in a win.
Hope MF has a fourth good game also with a few points would be great.

Great write up today in the athletic about Flyers draft picks…they are the 13th ranked team but had 23 guys make the list. Lot of quantity but no elite talent.
So let's see, Flyers well rested, Kings game 4 of 5 game road trip.
Let's say
Kings 7 Flyers 2 since we know that's all they can score.
On an aside, Ratcliff making his NHL debut today. Had high hopes for both him AND Frost. Hope Ratsy looks good. Flyers need some luck. Maybe he clicks in the NHL.
I. Will be rusty from not playing since Tue,
2) It's a matinee game (probably wearing the bad juju blacks ) and they tend to be even slower to start for these...
D> Team with trouble scoring will be facing Quick (who, like the rest of the Kings, is now well over any jet lag—although the (frank)er probably gets off on early workouts, even though this one won't technically qualify)

Easy shutout for LA
Frost will really have a test today. Kings 3rd line center is the Byfield kid, he is 6'5 monster with a bit of skill he has only played four games...so we will see.

You're assuming that Yeo will match them head to head.
Besides wasn't he second over all pick. NOPA, baby!

Byfield is highly skilled and an excellent skater (not just "fast for a big guy"). He isn't particularly physical but he is big and strong.
Hoping for the best to have a fourth good game in a row for Morgan, and not get outplayed by this Monster... - konalover711
O goals 0 assists 4 shots on goal and a -4 in his last 3 games and thats what we call GOOD GAMES...are things that bad that this is considered a good stretch of games...WOW
Anyone see Macavoy get pounded last night, love to see it. The Bs act so big and bad but one of their best guys gets his face punched in - ClaudeFather
How the hell can Rubstov have 6 points in 27 AHL games? WTF... Sushko has more, Strome has the same in less games. - bradster
Sushko has really come on of late; his best hockey since his promising rookie year with the Phantoms.
Re: Rubtsov, it's the same old story with him. Had a brief stretch where he came on strong even with the team struggling. Promptly got injured (yet again). Came back and (yet again) was content to play strictly ultra-conservative hockey. Recently had to be scratched (due to another injury) very shortly before a game. Still out as of now. Laperriere doesn't have much confidence in the player and the org as a whole is down on him. It's a shame. There was once potential there.

Did you actually, you know, WATCH those games? Frost played very well in all three, minus one bad (and costly) shift in the third period against the Isles.

This is exactly what I’d say to the sanheim advanced stats fanatics

Yes watched every minute of every game. If playing well means contributing no points and not hurting your team "too much " is considered playing well we have reached a new low. He played better then previously when he has been invisible but played well?? Geez

he actually had a good stretch of 20 games or so in the Q after we drafted him. Thats all he has shown. 20 games is an anomoly apparently.

its hard to judge anyone that gets called up on this team right now. The whole thing is a $hit show. How can a kid look good on a team where no one looks good. But i agree with calling everyone up. Lets see what happens. We have nothing to lose really
