Just when I thought the sycophantic Jim Jackson couldn't get any lower in his absurd "nothing wrong here" style, he laments the Flyers having to "go through Customs" as a factor in their fatigue during the game. Awful franchise management, anemic team and an entertainment/broadcast team that continues to act as if the fanbase are brainless, orange-glass wearing mental midgets that can't see what's really going on. |

How did one Morgan Frost look? York with less minutes again?
What's the good word Flyers fans? |

He continues to not move his feet. It’s a mental block. Watching him on Gs wing in person on draws (Thursday) he did not battle to maintain possession as an example.
He’s gotta get a sense of urgency out there and battle. It’s a shame as he’s got great hands, but mentally he’s still a ways away it seems. |

Sure Jackson’s the issue here…. What do you want him to say? We suck |

Let's not be myopic here...I'm not suggesting Jackson is the issue, however, when you turn the game on after this much trauma has occurred and he acts as if nothing is wrong, at some point it becomes absurd.
The entire product is rotten. To just hear him game in and game out carrying on with the fervor is just silly and offensive. At least to me. Believe me, if I had another option to watch, I would. Even the opposing team.

There’s worse homers then him out there. You are right about customs though. It’s not like they line up with the rest of the travellers…they would have all their documentation given upon arrival as a group, most likely in a private or while still on the plane. Then again Ottawa has a dinky little airport…maybe they held Jim up? |

Exactly…his job is to sell the product and try and make it watchable. |

That's kind of my point. I get the Flyers are trying to attract "new" fans. No one new is watching this product. The only folks tuning in at this point are hard core Flyers fans, ones that know exactly how putrid the entire operation is at this point. I'm not suggesting that he needs to bash them, but, my God, at least treat the viewers as if they have a thinking brain.
Look, I get it. He works for them. His job is to sell. I understand that. But, I can only take so much suffering and probably 90% of this is railing about him and Van Reimsdyk just to force the negative energy out in some way. |

Ekblad got hurt last night. I think it was the same leg he broke last season. NHL network this morning said Florida is hoping for the best. Didn’t look good. If he’s out this could change the landscape for G. |

Congrats! Without Giroux this team is probably the worst team in the league. Only watched portions of the game, but that 3rd period looked as if the Hens were on the PP the entire period. Had better things to do when the play was in the Flyers zone the entire time and all the Flyers could do was clear the puck to center ice. Frost sucks, and JVR and Yandle should be watching games from the press box. Thanks! |

Don’t forget, Jackson and Jonesy might still be on double secret probation for that hot mic a couple years ago. So they have to double down on the sunshine and unicorn vibes.

If so, maybe a Giroux/Braun package? |

We are definitely all feeling the pain. That’s why I’m hoping they move 4-5 guys out by Monday and get some younger guys up into the line up and give them a look. This years a lost year. It’s time for Fletch to search for positives going into next year….and give me a reason to care. |

Frost was good in Thursday's game and absolutely moved his feet. Wasn't as good as he was in the Montreal game but it was still solid.
Last night was not a good game for him except for one second period shift on LW. He was definitely not moving his feet otherwise. But that whole line was out of synch. Not a strong game for Konecny regardless of which center he was with. And Lindblom had a rough game, too.

Dont you know he needs to just play with top 6 players...thats the only problem with Frost...All we need to do is bring in McDavid and Panarin for him...Edmonton needs a defenseman how about Yandle and a 4th round pick and Rags need a center maybe Laughton and a 7th.....???? Go get them Fletch problem solved |

He looked beat down on the bench especially after he took that hooking penalty. He really needs to play with quicker players because he won’t actually have to think about keeping his feet moving. |

Again... no one on Frost's line (Frost certainly included) had a good game last night. If you didn't notice the dramatic difference between Frost at LW with Giroux/TK and Frost centering Mayhew and Willman, I don't know what to tell you. |

I hear you. For my mental health, I need Van Reimsdyk and Yandle gone. I legit don't think I'll tune in next year at all unless they're jettisoned. I simply can't watch players that don't care any longer.

I’ve noted before that Yandle is playing scared and you can see the lack of confidence nearly every time he touches the puck. By all accounts he is a great guy but this charade needs to stop. |

If Yandle is on this team next year I will turn in my Flyer's fan card from 1975. JVR needs to be removed. It actually cracked me up when he scored the goal the other night. Everyone else doing the grunt work while he stands there and the puck ends up on his stick. I've never seen a player that makes 7 million a year at an occupation care less. He has to go!! Frost has borderline NHL player written all over him. I'm sorry folks, but I call em like I see em. If he was an 18 or 19 year old kid I'd say fine, but he is in his 5th year of professional hockey. Not especially fast and way too weak on the puck. Thanks!
