The Ducks are completely in ruin right now. It's gonna take a long time to rebuild what Pat Verbeek is destroying. This about more than talent. When you destroy the core of your team,you lose alot leadership and accountability. When you lose the core of a team you lose stability and order. The teams becomes just a players doing there own thing. A team needs structure. Theirs players who lead. And theirs players who follow.
And honestly. The core can be rebuilt. But it's going to take a long time. This is another 5 year rebuild. And thar assuming the Ducks do everything right.
