Kadri was 42 off the bench and McKinnon was still on ice. It was ignored by the officials.
Unions protect bad workers and the NHL refs are no different. Can’t have improvement without accountability.

As a Tampa fan, the result sucked, but I don't have a problem with the non-call. McDonagh said it - it's the kind of play that happens all of the time. The Lightning caught a break in the next game, so it all balances out.
It looks like last training camp for the Ref's and Linesman that Angel Martinez was the only instructor their. This season without a doubt the officials STUNK LIKE DOG POOP ALL YEAR! If Gary "BLOODY HANDS" BETTMAN does not do anything about the officiating and the "QUEEN" Georgia Parros this will confirm THE NATIONAL GARBAGE LEAGUE HAS RETURNED!!!! I want to know how much the officials take was in the FIX THIS SEASON? We all know that ENOS "THE CHEATING LYING PENIS" KROENKE GAVE GARY "BLOODY HANDS" BETTMAN $5M CASH AND 1,000,000 IN WALMART STOCK FOR THE AV'S TO WIN THE CUP AND KADRI NOT TO BE SUSPENDED FOR HIS HIT!
I love the idea of having a line-change line around the bench. I feel like it would give the infraction a more deliberate call.
Adding too-many-men to a video review would have me pulling out my hair. I hate the majority of them already.
While I think there is a definite use for reviews to clarify certain situations that gave one team an unfair advantage. Too many times we're watching reviews of inches, where the play continued as normal, the end review result is just the scored-on team scouring the fine print to get a mulligan.
