Nice write-up. Rangers clearly the better team last night, never should have been that close.

Loving Kakko game right now. He’s so confident and comfortable compared to prior seasons. I think he’s going to explode before long.

Question for other readers. Has this site been giving you issues lately? The only way I can access the blog is through google search. Going directly to hockeybuzz.com just results in spinning. Been like this for 2-3 days now.

honestly I find it extremely frustrating when they are dominating the advanced stats but can't score goals, it makes me crazy

it's because advance stats are trash man. money ball doesn't work. look at what happened in Arizona when they hired that math wiz kid. Things have to pass the sniff test and it's something(maybe the only thing) i agree upon with Torts. They need to be a tool in your arsenal, not the entire arsenal.

As long as the effort is there and they are carrying the play, I'm good with it. Yes we all want more goals but they will come, they just scored 9 in the last 2 games

If you redrafted the 2010 NHL draft, knowing what you know today, what order would you pick the following players?
Hint: it gets interesting towards the end

Taylor Hall (1)
Tyler Seguin (2)
Ryan Johansen (4)
Jeff Skinner (7)
Jack Campbell (11)
Cam Fowler (12)
Vladimir Tarasenko (16)
Evgeny Kuznetsov (28)
Justin Falk (37)
John Klingberg (131)
Mark Stone (178)
Frederik Andersen (187)
Artemi Panerin (undrafted)

Hey folks - I'm a lifelong NYR fan from Winnipeg and am in the city for work this week, and am going to my first game at MSG tonight! Beyond thrilled. I'm thinking I'll arrive early around 5-530 to soak it all in, catch warm-up, etc. Any other local tips?

Solid Pizza place on 8th and 31st called NY Suprema if you are looking for a good slice. Also a newer bar on 30th between 7th and 8th called American Whiskey that has a good atmosphere. It is just down the street from the Molly Wee. Enjoy man.
