Gotta get traffic in front of Blackhawks goalie tonight. 49 shots is great and all but need to make it harder on opposing goalie. Also, imagine if Barzal had a true finisher on his line the way he's been playing lately. He's been on fire. |

Agree, also shut down P. Kane and the Chicago PP. Chicago went 3 for 4 last night. Nashville went 2 for 3 on Friday |

Hopefully Chicago is worn out after hammering the crap out of the Rangers last night. |

Didn’t realize this. Our PK was lights out to start the season. Hopefully we get back to form soon. |

Haha yes, agree. Frankly I’m a little shocked at the Rangers performance thus far, especially after the season they had last year. Not sure if it’s gallant or the team, but nonetheless I thought they’d be THE team the metro. Not upset but a little surprised. |

I think the phrase you're actually looking for is “pleasantly surprised”. |

I know the term pleasantly surprised. I work in finance. 😂😂 Actually work for the namesake of our new arena. Anyway, although I’m pleasantly surprised at the Rangers season, I’m actually surprised. It’s more than pleasant. |

Last year shesty bailed them out a lot of the time. In the playoffs they faced backups to AHL level goaltenders, due to injuries, I believe in every series besides the one they lost. Stars were aligned for them a bit there. I don’t think they are as bad as they are right now but I don’t think they are as good as they “were” last season. Both Laf and Kakko have regressed and the team as a whole is underperforming. They could turn it around there’s time with this division right now. Hopefully they don’t. |

sound a little familiar to this year with Sorokin? Also, some may disagree, but similar fortune to our two ECF runs? I love this team but I feel like we are on the cusp and could go either way at any time.
I previewed my post no idea where my bold came from and I’m too banged up to fkhutt it out. |

They're certainly not out of it yet, but they are digging a hole. It's so hard to come back in the NHL with the 3 point games. What's the old saying? You can't win the Cup in the fall, but you can lose it.
I also expected them to be better - but I'll take it. |

Without Sorokin we would be struggling. But I’m not so sure we had the fortune of playing multiple goaltenders every round save for Tampa who had very little or zero NHL experience along with Brayden Point being injured during our last couple of series against Tampa. I don’t think they’re a bad team I just think their kids haven’t taken the next step yet and the team itself is overthinking it right now. I really hope they don’t but I can see them getting their act together in the not to distant future. |

Hopefully the boys come out on there toes and take it to the Hawks for a full 60 paying attention to detail.
I think Streaks is right. 50 shots is great but without traffic and 1 and done chances it’s easy for most goalies in this league. No excuses, they need to win this game.

That may be a goal. But again you need to see it over the line. I would like to see it from above. |
