I HATE . . . HATE the Bruins. Mainly Marchand because although he's a highly skilled player, always seems to have puck luck, being in the right place at just the right time - he's a real a-hole, and dirty cheap-shot artist !! Watch some of the crap he pulls after the play. I would love to see someone lay him out.
Also, I think the long-time owner (Jacobs) is in tight with the NHL offices and uses his influence to get his way. But that's just me.
With all of that, I hope the BlueJackets can be competetive and keep the goal differential 3 or less. However, if Elvis is in net it will be at least a 3 goal difference.
They've scored 1 goal in the last 6 periods, so the offense needs to step up here. Once they come in over the blue line be looking to shoot - don't dance around waiting/hoping for the perfect pass/look - shoot the damn puck !! That goes double if they get a PP !!! Stop passing (slowly) around the perimeter and taking a lousy, low-angle shot. |
