You don't expect Homer like Maurice, Goldstein, and Olive to tell it like it is. They might be dumped on the curb and have to hail a cab like Gallant. Who should be put on the witness stand is Bill Zito for the bad choices he made. |

I would of never let Andrew Brunette go. I would of kept him as my coach until I could get Quenville reinstated. |

I would trade Bob for Karlsson. I would trade Ekblad and Reinhart for Brady Tkachuk. |

I have written that the signing of the Panthers new coach would be a disaster. However he is a great talker. |

Paul Maurice was such a bad hire for this team. Volume chances over quality chances. |

Recalled from the AHL on Tuesday, Anton Levtchi is also expected to provide the Panthers with a spark as he makes his NHL debut. Earning MVP honors and winning a championship in Liiga in 2021-22, he produced 61 points (26 goals, 35 assists) in 55 games with Tappara Tampere.
Making his long-awaited jump to North America after spending the last six seasons playing professionally in Finland, Levtchi, who turned 27 in November, is also one of Barkov's oldest and best friends.

Matt Ross: FLA vs MTL, Need A Win - Matt Ross
Man, I was out tonight....
I think I really might’ve seen a Panther!
Not positive, but it really looked like the Panthers I’ve seen before. |

Barkov is good - Ratsreign
Against poop teams like the Habs. Let’s see about the 2/3 period |

Someone please explain to me why are our defense is at the top of the box on PK and not down low? |

Your coach sounds like are former Coach Stank Krueger. Guy can talk, but gets lost behind the Bench. |

This is due to bad coaching. Zito is to blame for this. |

I'm sick and tired of Maurice telling the press why the Panthers lose Each game he gives a different reason. His final excuse will be like the one he gave in Winnipeg, " The team just quit listening and tuned him out. |

E. Staal on tonight's loss: “I think special teams obviously played a pretty large role. They were good. We need to be better in that area, and tonight was a tough night for us. We’ll look at it, get better and look forward to the next game.”
Mo-mo, “Eric Staal will save us, he’s such an awesome dude!” |

Did a little legwork for you,
I’ll leave it to you to choose which is the right one to call, Mr Zito.

Thankfully, Linus is now a FL beat writer and has the translation for us...
“They play a hard-gap game," Panthers head coach Paul Maurice said of the Hurricanes. "They don't give you a lot of easy ice, so there's not a lot of inside plays, but we tried to find them."

They always complained and made excuses that their big guns were injured or sick. Well, they had all their big guns in last night in Barkov, Ekblad,, and Gurdas and couldn't even score a goal. To me, that means terrible coaching. If that isn't the problem then your players aren't cracked up to be that great. There was an article that said Ekblad was only a shell of the player he once was due to injuries. So you should of traded him when he had some value. |

Another player that is not ready for primetime is Spencer Knight. He should be sent down to the minors to correct his lack of competitiveness. After he let in seven goals one night, they asked him what his mental process was going forward. He said he was out there to have fun, REALLY? This is the big league buddy, not the youth hockey you grew up with. Sign a seasoned veteran! |

I use to love Eddy the Eagle Belfour, if you got in front of the net and blocked his view, he would give you a whack on the back of the calf or a stick up the groin, ha. |

Barkov always plays good against poop teams like the Habs the other night. Not a big gun against good teams |
