This makes no sense. Its a buyers market for rentals. So nobody feels any urgency to acquire anyone just yet. And no buyer will give up a #1 pick for a shot at Bedard. So sellers aren't happy with the proposals being offered. Not that complicated and nothing to do with Evander Kane.
