Kick their asses Panthers! I like the makeup of your team. Just keep on the body and wear them down. A lot of older players in the Bruins lineup. Get them to Game 7 and wear them out. It can be done! Sasha Barkov needs to step up.

For not a lot to say, you wrote a good one today, Matt!

I agree. It's hard to believe they're still dancing with all those bullet holes in their own feet.

Maybe the refs will take pity on us today. The early calls against us and the late non-calls on Boston make the task even more difficult.

It would be nice to see Barkov break loose and put one or two in. I think Tkachuk is still the man for tonight though.

Per the Boston media that I've been reading, panic might be setting in, along with some finger pointing. If we can get it to game 7, we might be able crack that egg.

I expect the arena tonight to be 50/50 or slightly in Bruins' favor; it will certainly be loud. Good news, Boston hasn't played well with home ice advantage.

Go Panthers!

Saw a tweet yesterday, and Mo said more today, about Barkov being very sick for game 1, and has been feeling better/play improving with each game. Need Barkov to break through tonight. Seems a little like Mo putting the onus on Barky a little bit (not unfairly), he was speaking about the leaders need to carry the load or something like that, gave that as his reason for going back to Bob. Praising Bob and Tkachuk for doing so, he also spoke well of Barkov’s play. All while (seemingly) raising the expectations for Barkov to rise up now that he is over the illness he was fighting.

Interesting…

Had to laugh at the start of Game 5 when he was being interviewed saying all the reasons he was starting Bob, and Lyon was like two feet away - could totally hear it all. Hah

Don't you have a game 6 (and game 7) to worry about?

Give up 3 PP goals, and a shortie, to boot.

No problemo

Never say die.

That was franking brutal.

Swayman should have started game 6 after Ulmark looked shaky game 5.

Will be shocked if they go back to Ulmark for game 7 after last night's game. Wasn't all on Ulmark, but he has not looked good.

That was fun! All Panthers crowd -- loud and proud. I don't know where all the Boston fans went, but it was very pleasant and exciting inside FLA Live Arena.

More self-inflicted bullet holes in the feet, but they're still dancing. It's feeling like a team-of-destiny thing happening.

PoMo's hand-pass challenge might have turned this series around.

Go Panthers!!!

I really don't get the interpretation of that "hand pass" last game.

Rule 10.2-a-i
"A hand pass occurs when a player stops, knocks down, or pushes the puck with their open hand, thereby directing the puck to a teammate in the neutral or attacking zone. This includes where the puck deflects off any person or object prior to the teammate gaining possession and control of the puck."

Any objective person seeing a reply would not reasonably infer there was any kind of "directing the puck to a teammate". Any contact with the puck by the Bruin was incidental. That was a very poor ruling on the play IMO.
