We made our moves signing Panarin, Trouba, Fox, CK20, Zibby, Trocheck. They account for 50m of Cap space.

And you know this from your many trips to Russia to scout the MHL and the extensive video scouting you did on him, of course.

Because if you've never seen him play -- I have not -- you have zero basis on which to predict anything. In a real life Draft with Willander and others on the board, I wouldn't take someone who only one of the scouts has viewed in person. Not in the first round.

But in a mock, if there's someone at 22 whom some legit NHL scouts have said is a top 10 talent and who has a profile like But (6-foot-5, agile and very good hands) swing for the fence. There is no consequence if he ends up a miss.
