It is, but not everyone who applied got it, i think there are some pretty strict guidelines. Spooner revealed she used it, but no one else said they used it as far as I know

Rumours seems to indicate it will be outside of the city, some event went as far as saying that New York area could be Connecticut. More to come as Ek would say…

Hey, you do an amazing job here! I'm really disappointed I'm in Sherbrooke since July, it will be much harder to go to a game. We still have hockey friends in Montréal, we will probably organize something, but being able to go whenever we want would have been so much better, their play level is something to behold!
