Knee on knee....doesn't the knee have to be hit for that?

I don't deny Hathaway has been known to be dirty in the past and was it late...yup, but upper body contact was first.

I wish my main concern was Werensky blowing a knee....

Losing like that to the Flyers of all teams. The Jackets might not be watchable this year, and Vincent is not looking good on that KJ scratch.

Last night might of been an example of not how well the Flyers played, but how poorly Columbus did.

I really expected Columbus to be better this year, but it was only 1 game in the season.

Exactly right Alex!

Thursday night was awful. I did not see much of the 1st period, but Philly controlled the last 2 periods. The power play was awful, but at least Elvis did a nice job. But how in the world do you give up a 2 on 0 in the 1st period of the 1st game?

It's like this team tightens up into knots when the regular season starts, and the offense disappears. They gave up too many shots to a bottom feeding team, passes were not crisp, and gave up a goal off a horrible back pass by Liane that ended up in a 2 on 1.

I'm just going to check nhl.com for final scores until the CBJ starts playing good hockey, I can't stand to watch it anymore.
