Thanks, Bill. Looks like maybe Brink is here to stay. Let's hope Frost gets in the game and does well. |

If Tort’s doesn’t start Ersson tonight, then send him down. The kid needs to play. |

Also, Zamula deserves to be in the lineup every night. So if the God Emperor isn’t willing to sit a vet, then send Andrae down too.
Sitting in the pressbox does none of these kids any good. |

Very interested in watching this game today... Was at my Ducks / Dallas game and I can say with absolute certainty - Roope Hintz is really underrated - guy is an absolute Beast...
And Miro has taken his game to a completely different level...
Flyers have been playing very well.. this will be a solid test. |

Bad decision to sit Frost has Torts in this spot, getting frost back in while the team is playing well. I do think Torts had some words for Tyson in the oilers game, if frost is in, thinking Tyson is out. |

I was listening to the NHL Network on Sirius/XM yesterday afternoon (yes I'm in my car a lot) and the the one guy (McKenna I think) said that the Flyers defense plays better without Risto! He just said that the guy makes too many mental errors and that the Flyers defense plays smarter without him in the lineup. Gonna be interesting to see what happens the next two games cause these are two of the favorites out west and the Knights are curb stomping everyone right now. Free Frost! Yes, I said it! Thanks! |

Let’s Go Flyers! We won two games without Frosty and y’all are still whining he needs to get back in the lineup.
The crest on the front is more important than the names on the back. Just keep winning and being competitive. |

People don’t seem to grasp that frost is one of our prior first round picks and showed some consistency for a lengthy period last year. This is a rebuilding team, we should be playing players like him, Brink, Foerester. The team should be looking towards the future, and what players will be a part of it. Torts is wasting everyone’s time with his ego trip. Guy needs to get over himself. |

Don’t know if anyone mentioned it in the last blog. But Michkov scored a goal with 5 SOG in yesterdays loss. Next up his old team SKA on the 27th.

He’s really hitting his stride, crazy to think we have to wait 2 additional years after this one. I’m curious to see how his last year there goes, does he take his foot off the gas with the inevitable departure looming |

Yeah, so many questions and less information when players develop there. Even non Flyers fans want him to reach his potential. That kind of talent is rare and hockey fans want to see it.

Frost remains a healthy scratch for the third straight game. Same forward lines.
Ersson in goal. Sandström backs up.

That's because those that you say are "whining" have more sense than you do. The goal is to win a Stanley Cup. You do that by adding and developing young talent in a rebuild. Which is far more important than winning a meaningless game in October. They have to actually play to do that.
Nice use of a cliche'. As a fan, the Flyers have you right where they want you. |

Interesting. Tortorella’s really making a statement here. Any comments from Tortorella or Frost or DB? |

Probably more fun there though. After all isn’t that the point of sports; to have fun? I’m thinking about giving in to the new era of orange (or whatever the (frank) it is). The world makes so little sense to me these days. Just want to enjoy my team again. |

That's the problem, isn't it? The Flyers not being relevant for a decade or longer, isn't much fun. At least not from my perspective. Just being "competitive" is not good enough for me anymore.

That’s what I’m saying. A change of perspective might be a healthy thing for me. Got to get your joy where you can find it I guess. |
