From the previous blog. Didn’t think they would lose last night even down 2-0.

Maybe it’s just more glaring to me now that they have been struggling but you’re #1 Center needs to have more than 5 even Strength goals since Nov 1st 37 games! Need to see more from Mika.

I think at this point it’s gotta be Kreider Zib and Cuylle line. It was about to happen and didn’t when Zib was sick, and Kakko came back. Cuylle is arguably their best on 5 on 5 player all season

Those guys need a winger to step up and that’s why their numbers have tailed off this year because no one can

TJ since you love trades. I speak to my father every morning before work and he proposed a very interesting trade to me that I actually had to strongly consider and I think it works out cap wise. I don’t think I would do it but would you do this?

Washington:
Igor
Goodrow

Rangers:
Tom Wilson
Charlie Lindgren
2nd round pick

Hahahaha I mean I don’t think it’s that bad of a trade honestly. We see a lot of crazy things on here but didn’t think it was that far off.

idk if I could trade Shesty yet..I’d want to see how he did in the playoffs. But if he continues to struggle it could be on the table in their eyes (organizationally) imo. He gonna demand a lot of money, but it kills you on the cap doing that. It’s definitely not outlandish to think they could trade him down the road

THEY need to step it up, not their winger. Its no ones fault but Zibs that he cant score 5 v 5.

serious question - outside of the lightning and maybe fleury on the pens, what teams have had an elite/HOF level goalie since 05 that have won the cup? teams have won with (frank)ing matt murray, binnington, crawford, etc - feel like we just need an above avg goalie that gets hot at the right time so we can better utilize any crazy goalie money on icing a better team.

Two man line ain’t easy man. The best trios they had were with Buch, Tarasenko and Vatrano. It can’t be just that they suck now

Cuylle should at least get a chance. We’ve seen it all season no one stepping up with them

What’s Edstroms injury? Looks like he got hurt in his next game back to the AHL and hasn’t played since.

The Rangers had Henrik Lundqvist in 2012 carry a sub 2.00 GAA average in the playoffs. Nothing they do works. It's insane.

Those teams never had enough offense. Which is really the story of the franchise if you want to lament things. We’ve never ever had enough goal scoring. In 94 we did. Those guys scored at will if memory serves correct

You're saying what I'm implying. If you have goalie with a .931 save percentage and 1.82 GAA and don't win a championship, they you suck as a team in front of said goalie.

The last few weeks I’m not sure I’ve ever been so irrationally angry what this team does to us

At least we aren’t Bills fans!! ((Falls over in laughter))
