Clearly anything can happen, but my guess is this gets closed out on Thursday in Carolina. Would love to see a game 7, though. |

Best of luck to Carolina, but beating Shesterskin in four straight games is a massive challenge. I do think if CAR can force a game 7, Brindamour should get extended. |

There will be a game 7 but what does that that'll have to do with extending RB....his team was favored to win this series. Win or lose in 6 or 7 he still should get extended |

The odds are not in the Canes favor, but I'm pulling for Rod and the Boys. |

Getting Pesce back is going to be enormous. |

Why? They control play just fine without him. He's not an offensively inclined dman. Hope they pull off an historic upset, but Shesterkin steals games all the time and I won't believe he is going to lose four straight until it happens. |

Because Pesce in means DeAngelo is out. And TDA is a ticking bomb. |

Andersen is the ticking time bomb and he just detonated. Pathetic goal allowed on Kreider's ES goal. |

You cannot be a serious Cup team with Anderson.

No game 7, but I don't think this has anything to do with extending Rod B. He's a top quality coach and I'd take him on my team in a heartbeat.
The choice to go with Freddy in net wasn't his best decision, but I understand why he did. That has nothing to do with extending him either. Just saying.

Sorry Bingo.
The Hurricane's have been a great team for years, but the playoffs have been rough.

So who is gonna win game 7 that you stated definitely was happening?
Brindamour has a long history of getting eliminated in convincing fashion. His team fought to make this series more competitive. I'd be borderline on extending him. Going with Andersen who arguably single handedly lost the series was a gamble. Also depends on what the extension money is. |
