So long as he isn't the second coming on Jim Wiley or Al Sims then the team should be just fine.
He's had success when he's been the Main Guy at other levels. This is his chance to be the Main Guy at the highest level.
I'm hoping GMMG gives him a few years like Pittsburg and Tampa did with their Young Coaches which lead them to multiple Cup wins...
