tulsky's off season hasn't impressed me so far (especially the 6 year deal for a 4th liner, shades of chuck fletcher), i think he could have matched pesce's deal. they better hope nishikin (spelling) gets over here real soon

I didn't love their off-season either, but CAR actually has solid blue line prospects to risk their future on. They won't have the same elite defense they have had for years, but they still might be good enough to contend.
