if the team would've had some decent playoff success in the past years they probably would've left the C on Tavares... that clearly didn't work so might as well go with something "different", even if the same core is still there.

Aww (frank). You guys have Berube as HC. Now I want to pay attention to you guys. I have paid any attention to Toronto since the days of the old Norris division starting around 87 or so. Hated Potvin. Him and Joseph going at it back in those days was awesome. Since you moved East haven’t paid any attention.

Absolutely allow berubr the chance with these guys. If it fails this year look at things but no reason to make huge changes for the sake of it when you have a different coach with different approach. Possibly one of the best fit coaches for this team
